Returns and your right to withdraw

This policy applies to all orders placed with Brighter Smiles at brightersmilesstore.com. Contact: info@brightersmilesstore.com.

14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last parcel.

How to withdraw
Use the Withdraw from contract button in the footer of our website, or email a clear statement to info@brightersmilesstore.com. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. We confirm every withdrawal by email.

Sealed hygiene products
Whitening strips are sealed for health and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal does not apply to individual strip pouches that have been opened after delivery. Unopened pouches and unopened boxes can be returned in full.

Returning the goods
Once you tell us you are withdrawing, we will email you the return address and instructions. Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct cost of return unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds
We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods back or you send us proof of postage, whichever is first. Refunds go back to your original payment method at no cost to you.

Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges. Orders already charged are covered by this policy in the same way as any other order. See our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders that have not arrived
If your order has not arrived within the delivery time on our Shipping Policy, email us and we will trace it. If it cannot be delivered, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
