We ship from Ireland to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the rest of the United Kingdom and the EU countries shown at checkout.

Dispatch
In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days. If a product is on pre-order, the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page, and we email you when your order ships.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. We email your tracking link when your order is dispatched.
Taxes and customs
Prices include VAT. Orders to Ireland, Northern Ireland and the EU ship from within the EU, so there are no customs charges. UK orders (England, Scotland and Wales) ship from Ireland, and depending on UK rules the carrier may collect UK import VAT or a handling fee on delivery.
Late or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the delivery time above, email info@brightersmilesstore.com with your order number. We will trace it and, if it is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
